Programs that reach the people they’re meant for.

Much of our work serves communities that funding often misses: small businesses in Qualified Census Tracts; women-, minority-, veteran- and Tribal-owned businesses; low-income households facing eviction; and young people at risk of violence. We design eligibility and outreach so these applicants can get in the door, and we build the compliance so the organizations serving them can keep their funding.

How an engagement works

  • 1. Review the award

We read your agreement, budget and funder rules and list exactly what you’re responsible for.

  • 2. Build the system

Program manual, procedures, forms, trackers and controls sized to your program and your staff.

  • 3. Run it

We operate the program or work beside your team, and report to you on a fixed schedule.

  • 4. Close it out

Final reports, reconciled records and a file that’s ready for audit.
